Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent working knowledge
- must be able to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests
- two or more years of similar work experience in production cooking
- strong knowledge of cooking principles and menu substitutions
- effective interpersonal communication skills
- friendly customer service attitude
- ability to accurately calculate and count change rapidly
- ability to function autonomously with good judgment and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan food production timing and quantities
- prepare all food items according to standardized recipes
- provide service to customers, meeting standards and guidelines
- accurately record all sales in the Point of Sale System
- maintain par levels of food and supplies, order and restock items
- maintain all assigned stations, keeping them clean and well-stocked
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas
- provide full-range catering and special event services as needed
