Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years experience in food and beverage or related field
- OR 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- 3 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures
- manages day-to-day operations to maintain quality and meet customer expectations
- assists in ordering supplies, cleaning materials, and uniforms
- supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program
- operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- levels staffing to meet service and budget objectives
