The role of Senior Food & Beverage Manager at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is a pivotal leadership position within the hotel's food and beverage department. This role primarily oversees operations at two outlets, Hard Shake and Peacock Alley, while providing support across other food and beverage venues as needed. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Senior Manager will lead a dedicated team comprising one Beverage Manager, one Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, and approximately 40 hourly team members.

This role demands experience and hands-on management skills to ensure seamless daily operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of food and beverage management experience, specifically with multi-outlet operations, and a proven track record of leading and developing other managers. Experience working within a unionized environment and a background in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants are highly preferred assets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience leading a team of managers and hourly staff
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must comply with all health safety and legal regulations
  • Ability to promote a positive work environment and culture

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of food and beverage management experience
  • Experience managing multi-outlet operations
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing other managers
