Job Requirements

  • prior experience in club or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience with high-end dining service
  • knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and customer service
  • organizational skills to manage reservations and seating
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • alcoholic beverage certification
  • food safety certification
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments

Job Duties

  • ensure every member and guest enjoys a memorable and personalized dining experience
  • lead and inspire the front-of-house team including servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • manage reservations, table assignments, and waitlists
  • maintain pristine condition and ambiance of dining areas
  • develop strong relationships with members, address feedback, and handle special requests
  • possess in-depth knowledge of menu offerings to assist members
  • lead staff training sessions on service standards, menu knowledge, and member interaction
  • handle front-of-house inventory and conduct monthly beverage inventories
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing
  • monitor costs and collaborate to achieve financial objectives
  • foster communication and teamwork with kitchen, bar, and management teams
  • perform other assignments from Food and Beverage Director or General Manager
  • plan and manage multiple club and private special events
