  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence

  • Oversee inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to cultivate team member growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
