The role available is for a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, a critical leadership position within the Food & Beverage team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about the culinary and hospitality experience, values exceptional service, and understands the importance of using quality ingredients alongside cultivating a strong, motivated team to create extraordinary guest experiences.
The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced 24-hour environment, ensuring that the standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met and surpassed. This individual will be recognized as a people magnet—someone who leads by example, inspiring and motivating their team to perform at their best. Candidates ideally will bring at least four years of experience in a similar role with advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations.
