The role offered is a key position within Checkr’s vibrant Marketing team, focusing on field marketing strategies and execution to fuel revenue growth in Upmarket segments. This role entails leadership in event strategy, management, and collaboration across sales and marketing teams to ensure Checkr’s presence and messaging resonate at major industry events, partnerships, and communities. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including everything from creative strategy and logistics to onsite event management and post-event analysis. This position involves close partnership with multiple stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- six plus years of experience in field marketing or related roles
- strong strategic planning and execution skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience managing complex event logistics and budgets
- proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
- proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and Google Suite
- ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights
- willingness and ability to travel up to thirty percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- Six plus years of experience in field marketing in the B2B SaaS space
- ability to work strategically and execute hands-on
- experience managing various event types engaging decision-makers and executives
- proven record for building effective sales, partner and marketing relationships
- courage to take initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
- experience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive program improvements
- proficient in Salesforce CRM, Marketo MA, Asana project management, and Google Suite
- experience leveraging AI to optimize event stages
- willingness to travel up to thirty percent of the time
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a strategic annual event plan
- own end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs including creative strategy, logistics, onsite management, and sales enablement
- collaborate closely with sales, partner and marketing teams to integrate events into go-to-market strategy
- partner with product marketing, leadership, and subject matter experts to integrate messaging into events and promotional materials
- own measurement and reporting against KPIs, conduct post-event analysis and recommend optimizations
- efficiently manage event budgets to maximize ROI
- lead and inspire cross-functional teams fostering collaboration
- pilot new event types and formats across physical and virtual environments
- take ownership with a strong bias for action to deliver meaningful outcomes
