Job Description
Fin is a pioneering company in the AI Customer Agent space, dedicated to transforming how businesses deliver customer service. Their core AI product, the AI Agent Fin, is recognized as the highest performing AI Customer Agent currently available. It empowers companies to deliver excellent, consistent customer support throughout the entire customer journey including service, sales, and ecommerce channels. Fin’s proprietary AI technology enables it to resolve complex customer inquiries autonomously and efficiently across multiple platforms with minimal setup and seamless integration. Additionally, Fin’s solution can integrate with their native Intercom help desk platform, offering a unified system tailored for modern support teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Founded in 2011, Fin quickly established itself as one of the fastest-growing private software companies worldwide. With a client base of nearly 30,000 global businesses, Fin continually pushes the boundaries of what AI can achieve in customer support by delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that create tangible business value. Their organizational culture is driven by core values emphasizing innovation, speed, and relentless customer focus, ensuring they continuously improve their products and services.
Currently, Fin is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Brand Activations, to join their North America team. This role is at the nexus of branding, demand generation, and sales with a primary objective to bring Fin’s most critical in-person and hybrid marketing experiences to life. This highly visible position will support the Brand Activations team responsible for strategic events, community programs, and product launches by ensuring these initiatives are executed flawlessly on the ground. The role demands strong sales enablement skills, thoughtful staffing and coordination abilities, and capabilities for meaningful performance measurement with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
This Senior Field Marketing Manager will play a critical role in scaling Fin’s marketing engine by developing repeatable playbooks, managing vendor and logistics processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand experiences. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring a builder mindset to create structure and scalable systems from the ground up. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as a data-driven approach to continually optimize field marketing efforts.
Fin offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $188,000 base for San Francisco Bay Area candidates along with a meaningful equity stake. Additionally, the total compensation package includes eligibility for corporate bonuses or sales incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The company supports employee wellness through comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, 401k plan with match, and more. Fin emphasizes a hybrid work environment with the expectation of in-office presence at least three days per week to foster collaboration and culture.
Overall, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced field marketing professional to join an innovative AI software company focused on delivering perfect customer experiences and who is committed to diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a respectful, politically neutral workplace. If you are passionate about creating memorable brand activations that drive measurable business outcomes and want to contribute to a rapidly growing, values-driven organization, Fin welcomes your application.
