The Senior Food & Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role within our hotel by directing, coordinating, and administering food and beverage service operations across multiple outlets. This role is integral to ensuring the profitability, quality standards, and guest satisfaction that reflect the hotel’s prestigious reputation. As a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading all hiring and training initiatives for restaurant and bar staff, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous professional development. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, restaurant general managers, and chefs de cuisine to cultivate a respectful and productive work environment. A key element of your role involves reviewing daily business operations, anticipating critical situations, and planning effective solutions to streamline service during peak periods. You will also manage weekly work schedules aligned with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts to optimize personnel deployment and equipment use. Maintaining the highest standards of restaurant appearance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are essential duties of this role. You will investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality, service, and accommodations, demonstrating your commitment to guest satisfaction. Another critical responsibility includes managing the operating budget for restaurants and bars through prudent procurement and forecasting strategies. Your leadership will extend to managing internal guest needs, employee performance, attendance, and development, fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture. The position requires implementing procedures that enhance both guest and employee satisfaction, coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and updating beverage menu items to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Minimum of 5 years restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience required
- Must have working knowledge of point of sale systems
- Strong customer service experience, interpersonal, and communication skills required
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to change
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Associate, bachelor’s and/or culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Lead all hiring and training of restaurant and bar while ensuring effective onboarding and training
- Understand all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training protocols
- Collaborate with senior leadership, restaurant general managers and chefs de cuisine to create a culture and restaurant work environment based upon respect
- Foster opportunities for the team to learn, grow and develop their abilities
- Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to expedite these situations
- Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines, labor forecasts and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel
- Ensure restaurant appearance meets and exceeds standards and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service or accommodations
- Maintain the operating budget of restaurants and bars through proper procurement and forecasting
- Manage internal guest needs, performance management, attendance and development
- Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
