Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in culinary or related field
  • Three years of management experience
  • Four years experience in operations, marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage within a matrix leadership environment
  • Availability to work full-time day shift

Job Duties

  • Lead and participate in segment culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • Create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
  • Determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery mediums and required resources
  • Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
  • Manage culinary operations to drive client satisfaction, retention, new sales, and segment profitability
