Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary or related field
- Three years of management experience
- Four years experience in operations, marketing, or related field
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and participate in segment culinary project teams to drive innovation
- Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- Create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
- Determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery mediums and required resources
- Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
- Manage culinary operations to drive client satisfaction, retention, new sales, and segment profitability
