This position demands a seasoned culinary expert with strong client-facing skills and an ability to align Sodexo's standards of excellence with the expectations of American Financial Group’s executive dining and catering needs.

This includes developing innovative and seasonal menus that resonate with the client’s culture and preferences, maintaining rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, managing budgets and inventories, and cultivating robust vendor relationships. Your leadership will empower the culinary team to uphold high performance and professionalism in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. By closely partnering with the client, you will ensure that every dining experience exceeds expectations, creating a memorable and refined culinary atmosphere.

With compensation that is fair and equitable, the salary is based on key criteria like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that promotes wellness and career advancement, including medical, dental, vision care, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, company holidays, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. Detailed benefits information is provided upon hire.

This role is ideal for culinary professionals with a proven success record in corporate dining and high volume, high-end culinary operations, particularly premium catering and executive events.
