The Sr. EWIRDB Engineer role at Parsons represents an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in electronic warfare and radar signal analysis to make a significant impact on national security. In this position, you will perform detailed all-source analysis of signals emitted by some of the most advanced air defense systems globally. Your analytical work will directly influence the survivability and effectiveness of US aircraft and missions, playing a vital role in protecting the nation’s critical assets from threats on Earth and in cyberspace.

As a Sr. EWIRDB Engineer, you will harness your knowledge of ELINT and all-source intelligence analysis to develop parametric and algorithmic characterizations of designated radar signals. This includes defining scan patterns, waveforms, pulse characteristics, transmitter specifications, antenna patterns, radio frequency properties, and overall radar performance. You will utilize specialized tools such as the EWIRDB and SERF manager according to APGTE standards to populate and maintain an up-to-date electronic warfare intelligence database. Additionally, you will resolve technical quality control issues, provide valuable technical inputs to program management, and coordinate closely with government analysts and signal experts.

This role demands a collaborative mindset, as you will work within a team environment mentoring junior and mid-level analysts, sharing your expertise, and contributing to intelligence mission data activities and various conferences or meetings. The position offers a competitive salary range of $112,200 to $196,400 and requires an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
