We are currently seeking a Senior Events Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in shaping Fin’s brand presence across Europe and North America by managing and executing our most critical events. Within a small, dedicated team of expert producers, the Senior Events Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and flawlessly delivering brand events that showcase Fin’s product depth, technological leadership, and innovative AI solutions. These events range from product launches and pop-ups to large-scale hosted experiences and flagship programs.

The Senior Events Producer will oversee the full event lifecycle—from initial concept and vendor selection to on-site execution and post-event analysis—ensuring every event is creative, technically sound, and impactful. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including product marketing, communications, content, R&D, and field teams is essential to delivering events that not only promote brand awareness but also achieve clear commercial objectives. The role demands operational excellence in managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and technological components such as live streaming and hybrid event production.
