This position works closely with various internal departments, properties, agencies, and senior leadership, ensuring cohesion and alignment in event strategy and execution.

The Senior Events Manager will lead the development and execution of major events, dedicating 25% of their efforts to strategic planning and operational delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, constitutes 20% of the role, highlighting the importance of collaborative partnership management. Leading the event agency is another vital aspect, requiring 15% attention to ensure agency efforts align with company goals. Presenting strategies and event programs to senior leadership takes 5%, demonstrating the need for clear communication and influence at high organizational levels.

Measuring success through established key performance indicators and delivering tangible results take an additional 5%, emphasizing the data-driven nature of the role. The Senior Events Manager also oversees the event budget, managing resources efficiently and allocating funds to maximize event impact, which accounts for 15% of responsibilities.
