As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Foundation has built a trusted reputation over the years among seniors and their families throughout Los Angeles County. Our mission centers on creating accessible and meaningful opportunities that empower older adults to stay engaged with their communities, expand their social circles, and experience a higher quality of life through diverse activities such as educational workshops, cultural celebrations, and recreational programs.

We are currently seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to join our passionate team. The Senior Events Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events tailored to the interests, abilities, and preferences of older adults. You will be responsible for conceptualizing event ideas that resonate with seniors, securing venues and vendors, coordinating guest speakers and entertainers, and promoting events through newsletters, social media, and direct community outreach.

This position offers competitive compensation aligned with the Los Angeles market and is designed for those who want to make a profound impact by fostering community, building friendships, and contributing to overall well-being among seniors. The role involves a combination of office work, event management, volunteer recruitment, and program development. It offers a unique blend of creative planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that every event is enjoyable, inclusive, and enriching for participants.

Joining All Seniors Foundation means becoming part of a mission-driven culture where every role is integral to enriching senior lives. Our team is tight-knit and supportive, ensuring collaboration across all disciplines. We provide flexible scheduling options, especially for in-home roles, and equip our staff with ongoing career development opportunities, including continuing education credits, professional certification support, peer mentorship, and clear career advancement pathways. We believe in growing talent from within and fostering an inclusive hiring environment that values diversity of background, language, and lived experience.

Bilingual candidates proficient in languages such as Spanish, Korean, Armenian, Mandarin, Russian, and others spoken in the Los Angeles area are especially encouraged to apply, recognizing the critical importance of language access in serving our diverse community. If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and social gatherings that improve the lives of seniors, this role offers a fulfilling career opportunity. Applicants aged 55 and above who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep understanding of seniors' needs will thrive in this position.
