You will be tasked with developing event concepts aligned with seniors' preferences and abilities, coordinating venues, vendors, guest speakers, and entertainers, and promoting events through multiple channels such as newsletters, social media, and direct community outreach. Job Requirements

  • Must be 55 years of age or older
  • prior experience in event coordination or related fields preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
  • valid work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 55 years of age or older
  • passion for creating inclusive, enjoyable experiences for older adults
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • experience in event planning or coordination preferred
