The physical demands of the job include standing or walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the role in active event settings. Pinnacle Live supports its employees with generous benefits including paid time off, holidays, sick/personal days, a 401(k) with contribution matching, and comprehensive health-related insurances including medical, vision, and dental coverage.

This position is ideal for professionals with at least two years of experience in the audiovisual or hospitality industries who possess a strong technical aptitude, proficiency with computer hardware, software, and networking, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.
