Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years in sales
- at least 1 year in management
- experience with CRM systems
- proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- excellent communication skills
- ability to accept and use feedback constructively

- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- leadership capability and team motivation skills
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales, event sales and multi-unit experience a plus
- 1+ years in management
- experience using a CRM
- proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- adaptable and able to lead and motivate a team
- problem-solving skills a plus
Job Duties
- respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events
- plan events for multiple venues and effectively communicate venue features and benefits to clients
- meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and assist the team in surpassing theirs
- collaborate closely with Director of Sales and operations team, leading meetings and coordinating event execution
- provide engaging venue tours and maintain active client relationship management before, during, and after events
- be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during busy seasons
- participate actively in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism
