We are currently seeking a Senior Event Planning Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of event planning and execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to provide outstanding service delivery. As a pivotal part of our team, the Senior Event Planning Manager will champion a service-oriented culture, build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and work closely with sales and leadership teams to drive event revenue. The position requires flexibility, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of event planning in the luxury hospitality sector. Proficiency in event planning software such as Envision and Social Tables, as well as a strong command of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms, is essential for success in this role. Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel event planning or related field
  • Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments preferred
  • Proficiency in event planning systems and tools such as Envision and Social Tables
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms

  • Champion a service culture and build strong relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle
  • Drive event revenue through effective planning, budget management, and collaboration with sales and leadership
  • Utilize event planning systems and tools such as Envision and Social Tables to enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless event logistics
  • Manage flexible scheduling including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Monitor event budgets and financial reporting to maximize profitability
