We are currently seeking a Senior Event Planner to join our team and contribute to the success of events related to our New York Stock Exchange business. This is an in-office position based in New York, NY, within the Sales & Marketing department. The role focuses on planning, managing, and executing both digital and in-person events across the United States. The Senior Event Planner will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences that align with ICE’s business objectives and brand standards. With a strong emphasis on hosted event creation and event management, the successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing the impact and reach of ICE’s event portfolio. The Senior Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously within a high-demand environment. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential traits for thriving in this role. The candidate will also manage relationships with a variety of vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective contracts while maintaining a high level of quality for all event components. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, marketing, and event management, providing exposure to industry-leading professionals and innovative event technologies. Compensation for this role in New York ranges from $87,600 to $123,600 annually, excluding incentive compensation. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 5 years of experience in corporate events management
  • positive attitude and personable demeanor
  • proficiency in webinar management
  • strong understanding of event execution and customer experience
  • excellent analytic, project management and organizational skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  • experience with content creation and agenda development (preferred)
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • problem solving and negotiation skills
  • familiarity with marketing and event software tools such as ON24, Zoom, Eloqua, Salesforce, Monday.com
