We are currently seeking a Senior Events Manager for a W2 contract position based onsite in Bellevue, WA, with a commitment of four days per week over a duration of 5 plus months. This role is pivotal in leading and managing large-scale, high-impact corporate events that align with the company’s brand, marketing, and business strategies. The Senior Events Manager will own the full lifecycle of events, from initial concept and strategic planning to flawless execution, performance measurement, and comprehensive post-event reporting.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, communications, and business units as well as senior leadership and external agencies. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting event narratives that elevate brand presence and drive business growth. The role demands a strong strategic mindset combined with meticulous operational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced telecommunication environment.

Key responsibilities include developing event strategies that meet organizational and marketing goals, managing vendor and agency relationships, budgeting, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the event lifecycle. You will also define and track key performance indicators to assess event success and provide insightful reports and presentations to senior executives. Your role will not only be about event delivery but also about innovating and enhancing the event experience to support corporate objectives effectively.

Job Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand events
  • Strong background in end-to-end event execution from strategy to delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Vendor and event agency management experience
  • Strong budgeting planning and KPI tracking skills
  • Experience in onsite hybrid and/or virtual events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications business or related field preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand events
  • Strong background in end-to-end event execution from strategy to delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Vendor and event agency management experience
  • Strong budgeting planning and KPI tracking skills

Job Duties
