Job Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
- Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand events
- Strong background in end-to-end event execution from strategy to delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Vendor and event agency management experience
- Strong budgeting planning and KPI tracking skills
- Experience in onsite hybrid and/or virtual events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications business or related field preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
- Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand events
- Strong background in end-to-end event execution from strategy to delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Vendor and event agency management experience
- Strong budgeting planning and KPI tracking skills
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major corporate events conferences and brand activations
- Develop event strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Manage relationships with internal teams executives and external event agencies vendors
- Oversee event budgets timelines and execution quality
- Define and track KPIs to measure event success and ROI
- Present event strategies and performance updates to senior leadership
- Ensure seamless coordination across marketing communications and business teams
- Manage multiple concurrent events in a fast-paced environment
