This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $82,000 to $92,000, with the added potential of quarterly bonuses based on performance and company objectives. As a Senior Event Manager, you will take the lead in planning, detailing, and executing exceptional group and social events. This role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for event planners post turnover, ensuring ongoing communication, problem resolution, and exceptional client service. Additionally, you may be called upon to support or act on behalf of the Director of Catering and Events as needed.

Your daily duties will include organizing and prioritizing your workload, managing timely communication with internal and external clients via multiple channels, and developing strong client relationships to meet and exceed expectations. Expertise in job systems, products, and processes within the hospitality industry will be essential, alongside skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service. You will play an active role in customer site inspections and support the sales process to further business growth. Regular attendance and a flexible work schedule based on group needs are also important for success in this role.

At Hilton, we value the wellbeing of our team members, providing innovative benefits and programs designed to help employees thrive both personally and professionally.
