This position comes with a competitive Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP) that includes quarterly bonuses equivalent to 20% of bonus-eligible earnings. Hilton is committed to the wellbeing of its Team Members, offering a comprehensive suite of perks and benefits. These include exceptional travel discounts allowing employees to experience Hilton’s world-class hotels at greatly reduced rates, an employee stock purchase program with favorable terms, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources including free counseling through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off to recharge, and a wide array of health and welfare benefits.
