Renaissance Hotels embraces the adventurous spirit of modern travelers who seek to discover new cultures and create memorable stories during their stays. Located at 6677 Sea Harbor Dr, Orlando, Florida, Renaissance Hotels offers dynamic opportunities to hospitality professionals who are passionate about event management and guest services.

This role ensures seamless coordination between sales, property departments, and customers throughout all phases of event management—from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up. Acting as the primary contact for event planners after sales turnover, the Event Manager is integral to delivering high-quality customer experiences and optimizing revenue generation through up-selling and event enhancements.

Exceptional communication skills are crucial, as this position involves ongoing liaison between the sales team, customers, and various property departments to ensure event success and client satisfaction.
Furthermore, the Event Manager plays an essential role in maximizing profitability tied to events by forecasting revenue and managing billing processes. Providing outstanding customer service is paramount; this includes actively engaging with guests for feedback, resolving complaints, and fostering positive client relationships throughout the event cycle. The position also supports the Director of Event Management or Director of Event Planning and Operations in their absence, highlighting its leadership responsibilities within the team.
