Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in stadium, arena, or large venue operations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in stadium, arena, or large venue operations
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications

Job Duties

  • Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events
  • Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas
  • Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations
