Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in stadium, arena, or large venue operations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
Job Qualifications

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in stadium, arena, or large venue operations
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications
Job Duties
- Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly
- Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events
- Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations
