Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of corporate and social events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and galas
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the event planning process from initial consultation to post-event follow-up
  • develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
  • collaborate closely with the catering team, venue staff, and vendors to ensure all logistical aspects are covered
  • oversee on-site event execution, managing setup, guest flow, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • source and manage relationships with external vendors, such as florists, entertainment providers, and AV technicians
  • ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and company policies

  • maintain accurate event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client communications
  • contribute creative ideas for event themes, décor, and entertainment to enhance the client experience
