As part of the Delta Dental Plans Association, a national network of independent Delta Dental companies, Delta Dental provides dental coverage that reaches more Americans than any other dental insurance company. With an extensive network that spans 15 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, Delta Dental ensures access to quality dental care with a focus on affordability and comprehensive coverage. The company is not only dedicated to its customers but also prioritizes a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive and grow. The role of an Application Analyst specialized in Epic Resolute and the Claims and Remittance modules is pivotal in supporting Delta Dental's mission to deliver exceptional service and streamline operational efficiency. This senior-level position centers on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Epic applications critical to billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle management. The Application Analyst will lead the deployment of Epic Resolute modules, ensuring workflows align with organizational needs and optimize financial transaction accuracy. Collaboration with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and business domains is fundamental to this role, as is the responsibility to customize and enhance system components to meet evolving requirements.

Supporting seamless integration between Epic solutions and other healthcare IT systems, the Application Analyst will drive interoperability initiatives, develop and manage interfaces, and ensure data integrity across platforms. Providing user support and training is essential, enabling end-users to maximize the potential of Epic tools in billing and claims workflows. The role requires continuous analysis of system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements, reduce denials, and enhance revenue cycle operations. In addition to technical expertise, this position demands strong communication skills, leadership in change management, and proficiency in business and data analysis to inform decision-making and workflow design.

Delta Dental offers a competitive salary range between $80,500 and $174,300 at pay grade 21, reflecting the experience and qualifications required for this critical role. Alongside financial rewards, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the overall wellbeing of its employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, generous paid time off, and a culture committed to professional growth and work-life balance. This role is based on a hybrid work model, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities within a supportive team environment.
