The Senior Environmental Services Attendant role at Sodexo, based at the Phillips 66 Los Angeles Refinery, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a safe, hygienic, and sustainable environment. This is a full-time position with a pay scale ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, primarily involving morning shifts on varying days. As a Senior Environmental Services Attendant, you will be a hygiene hero and a planet protector, responsible for delivering outstanding cleaning services across various areas including offices, patient or resident rooms, classrooms, dormitories, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service locations. Your work will ensure that these spaces are safe, healthy, and pleasant for all occupants. You are also expected to support or lead other attendants by providing training, assigning, and checking work, thereby promoting a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Job Duties

  • Provide housekeeping services in client premises including offices, patients' or residents' rooms, classrooms, dorms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks ensuring all areas are spotless
  • Assign, check and train other employees
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client and business needs
