The Senior Director of Procurement at Chipotle will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies across key categories such as beef, pork, dairy, and commissary products. Responsibilities include developing end-to-end sourcing strategies encompassing pricing models, supplier portfolio design, and capacity expansion. The role requires deep market intelligence capabilities to forecast commodity trends and inform sound business decisions. The Senior Director will also oversee sourcing for new menu launches and limited-time offerings, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Managing Food With Integrity auditors and maintaining compliance is a key aspect, alongside fostering executive-level relationships with suppliers to drive performance improvements in cost, quality, service, and innovation. Regular business reviews and risk assessments, contract and regulatory compliance oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as planning, finance, marketing, and operations will be integral to the role.

Chipotle offers a competitive compensation package estimated between $225,000 and $275,000 in base salary, along with annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors.
