Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a dining server
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and energy
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Serve as a leader among peers, setting an example for others to follow in creating a vibrant dining experience for residents and guests
- Greet residents entering the dining room with an engaging and positive personality
- Serve meals and ensure that dining venues are clean and inviting
- Participate in the training of new associates and be a role model for providing excellent service standards
- Lead the dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests
- Organize and manage multiple priorities to enrich residents' lives
