Job Requirements
- Six years leadership or managerial experience

- Understanding of financial operations including P&L

- Bilingual skills preferred
- Prior experience at a Michelin-starred or Forbes-rated fine dining restaurant preferred
- Experience driving revenue and labor management

- Court of Master Sommelier's Introductory Level or higher preferred

- Leadership experience engineering a high-end bar menu focused on craft cocktails

- Deep understanding of fine dining cooking terms and techniques

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Profit & Loss statements
- Recognized as a positive leadership role model
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and hold self and others accountable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated operational guest service experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology
- Ability to coach Cast Members effectively
- Knowledge of financial aspects of operations
- Strong planning and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide a world-class fine dining experience by focusing on Disney Service Standards to maintain the restaurant's Forbes rating
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence by working in the operation daily, interacting with guests and cast members, and resolving issues
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong cast focus to inspire, engage, coach, and develop a diverse and talented team
- Recognize and hold cast members accountable for delivering excellence in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency
- Exceed guest expectations to help achieve and maintain a Forbes 5-star rating
- Serve as a functional and subject matter expert of the operation
- Manage daily staffing levels and anticipate shift coverage needs based on demand
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to cast members
- Support local projects and monitor potential impacts to guest and cast experiences
- Act as a change agent to integrate processes, remove barriers, and align performance goals
- Help develop and drive changes to enhance overall revenue goals of the operation
