Job Requirements
- Six years leadership or managerial experience
- Certification in Wine Education or equivalent experience
- Extensive wine expertise
- Leadership experience in high-end bar menu development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read a P&L to drive revenue
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Positive leadership role model
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
- Ability to coach cast members
- Flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to understand financial aspects of operation
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Experience with guest service

- Knowledge of fine dining cooking terms and trends
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Experience managing a Forbes-rated fine dining restaurant preferred
- Prior Michelin starred restaurant experience preferred

- Articulate knowledge of current trends in fine dining
- Understand fine dining cooking terms and techniques
- Minimum six years of leadership or managerial experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including conflict resolution and decision making
- Ability to read and use P&L statements to drive revenue
- Recognized positive leadership role model
- Proven ability to lead effectively in a team environment and hold self and others accountable
- Demonstrated operational guest service experience
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
- Ability to coach cast members to correct behavior
- Understanding of financial aspects of operation like budget, revenue, labor, inventory, costs
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Ability to influence and motivate peers

Job Duties
- Provide a world-class fine dining experience to guests by focusing on Disney Service Standard to maintain the restaurant's Forbes rating
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence and work in the operation daily, including interacting with guests and cast members and resolving any issues
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong cast focus to inspire, engage, coach and develop a diverse and talented team
- Recognize cast members and hold them accountable for delivering excellence with the Five Keys in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show and efficiency
- Exceed guest expectations to help achieve and maintain a Forbes 5-star rating
- Advocate for change, inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement
- Serve as a functional and subject matter expert of the operation
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to cast members
- Make balanced day-to-day operational decisions benefiting guests, cast members, and the business
- Manage daily staffing levels and anticipate shift coverage needs based on demand
- Support local projects and monitor impacts to guest and cast experience
- Serve as a change agent by integrating processes, removing barriers, and aligning performance goals
- Drive change to enhance overall revenue goals
- Mentor fellow Dining Room Managers
- Participate in project planning and departmental meetings
- Engage in coaching and behavior correction for cast members across lines of business
- Maintain strong connections to the hotel departments including Banquets, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Bell & Valet, Spa, Engineering, and Stores.
