We are currently seeking Senior Customer Relations Specialists to join our PSA Customer Relations team at our Plano, TX office, working full-time onsite. Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) is the largest and most trusted third-party trading card authentication and grading company globally, having certified over 40 million cards and collectibles valued collectively at more than a billion dollars. The Senior Customer Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex inquiries efficiently. The successful candidate will be part of the Customer Resource Center, which is integrated into operations and works collaboratively across multiple departments to deliver superior results to customers. This role demands a candidate with a minimum of three years of customer relations experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, detailed knowledge of shipping and handling processes, and the capability to effectively de-escalate difficult situations. Strong communication and empathy are vital for this position to maintain PSA’s high standards of customer care.

In this full-time, onsite role, you will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations, and engage with both internal teams and external customers to deliver reliable and accurate information. The position requires sound judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills to handle inquiries and claims professionally. The work environment fosters a team-oriented culture, encouraging continuous improvement and collaboration across departments. Candidates should be comfortable using Google Workspace systems and have preferred experience with Salesforce. This position also includes physical requirements such as prolonged computer use, ability to lift materials up to 40 pounds, and responsibilities involving sitting or standing for extended periods. The estimated hourly pay ranges from $23 to $28, commensurate with experience and location. Job Duties

  • Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment and decision-making when engaging with all parties internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the department protocols to customers
  • Resolve queries by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Continuously update department spreadsheet of incoming orders
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor
