The Senior Culinary Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Saint Michael's College, represents a vital leadership role within the food service operations. This role requires a master multitasker who can improve the quality of life for both customers and team members by ensuring safe, efficient, and enjoyable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards, facilitating the orientation and ongoing training of new and existing employees, and resolving customer service issues to maintain satisfaction. As part of your leadership duties, you will help foster a healthy and safe working environment while encouraging teamwork and accountability. Attendance and punctuality are essential, as the role demands working afternoon and evening shifts on varying days, including rotating weekends, with precise scheduling details to be discussed during the interview.

You will have access to ongoing training and advancement opportunities that can transform your job into a fulfilling career. Sodexo’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k retirement plans, and employee discount programs. Some locations also provide additional perks such as free or subsidized meals during shifts, uniforms, safety shoes, and transportation support.

Sodexo’s mission extends beyond just food service; it involves making a meaningful difference in communities by promoting economic, social, and environmental progress. The company’s inclusive culture ensures that everyone is treated fairly and respectfully, with ample opportunity to contribute ideas and express opinions.
