The Senior Culinary Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Southern Nazarene University, is a full-time role offering a pay range of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. This role is designed for someone who excels in multitasking and is passionate about improving the quality of life through exceptional food service operations. As a Senior Culinary Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations across various food service venues such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your primary responsibility will be supporting management with oversight of routine work activities and service employees involved in food operations.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can facilitate employee orientation and training, work collaboratively with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and uphold a safe working environment throughout the facility. You will be expected to maintain punctuality and reliability, adapting to the dynamic nature of the foodservice environment while handling additional duties as assigned depending on the client’s business needs. This role calls for an individual with at least two years of relevant work experience, preferably with prior supervisory responsibilities, who is team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive and safe work culture.
