The Senior Culinary Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Liberty University, offers a full-time employment opportunity with varying shifts and open availability preferred. As a Senior Culinary Supervisor, you will act as a pivotal leader and multitasker, overseeing daily food service operations with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating routine activities of service employees across multiple food service settings such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will support management by supervising key functions and employees during business hours, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and facilitating the orientation and ongoing training of new and existing staff.

In addition to operational oversight, you will play a key role in customer engagement by addressing concerns and ensuring the highest standards of service and food quality are met. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • other duties may be assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
