Your responsibilities will include coordinating routine activities of service employees across multiple food service settings such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will support management by supervising key functions and employees during business hours, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and facilitating the orientation and ongoing training of new and existing staff.
In addition to operational oversight, you will play a key role in customer engagement by addressing concerns and ensuring the highest standards of service and food quality are met.
