Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related food service experience
  • Ability to work weekday morning shifts
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned that may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes
