As a Senior Culinary Supervisor at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service activities at the University of Southern Indiana. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of related food service experience
- Ability to work weekday morning shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes
