Located nationwide in Columbus, the Senior Culinary Supervisor role at Sodexo represents a full-time opportunity to work weekdays on morning shifts, offering a pay range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. This position places the individual at the forefront of food service operations, where they are responsible for overseeing and coordinating service employees engaged in various food delivery formats such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The role demands a natural multitasker who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about enhancing customers' quality of life through excellent food service experiences.
As a Senior Culinary Supervisor, the individual will provide hands-on support to management while driving the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the work activities of food service staff, facilitating new employee orientation and ongoing training, and fostering a safe and healthy workplace environment. The Supervisor will also collaborate closely with customers to resolve issues, enhance satisfaction related to quality and service, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work weekdays morning shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to safety in the workplace

- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees

- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
