Morrison Living is currently seeking to fill a full-time Senior Cook position at their Good Sam location, situated at 4400 West Creekside Drive in Sioux Falls, SD. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00, reflecting the importance of the position and the level of expertise required. The schedule is full-time with varying hours and days, details of which will be provided during the interview process. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of prior line cook experience
- Ability to work full time with varied hours and days
- Knowledge of federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
- Ability to perform cooking duties following established recipes
- Ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment
- Must be able to comply with HACCP guidelines
- Willingness to assist in employee cross training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning
- Store, label and date food items according to policy and help maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
- Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned
- Assist in the cross training of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
