This full-time Senior Cook position is based at the Stadium Tech Center located at 5470 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Ideal for experienced cooks with two to five years of hot cooking expertise, this role entails preparing nutritious and flavorful food following federal, state, local, and company regulations. The Senior Cook may also assist in overseeing other food service associates under the guidance of the Food Service Director, ensuring high culinary standards and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to five years of hot cooking experience
  • Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
  • Willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
  • Ability to adhere to federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Two to five years of hot cooking experience
  • Ability to follow written recipes and food safety standards
  • Familiarity with HACCP guidelines
  • Experience in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use
  • Perform scheduled routine cleaning and sanitation
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy
  • Maintain organized storage of dry goods, refrigerated and frozen products
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in completing production records, documentation, reports, and logs
  • Assist Food Service Director with cross training of employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
