The Senior Cook role is pivotal within the culinary operations at Revel Province. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience
  • Ability to work full time including rotating weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment after use
  • Perform scheduled routine kitchen cleaning
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy
  • Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Assist Food Service Director with maintaining daily production records and documentation
  • Assist in employee cross training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
