Job Duties

- Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products

- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Assist Food Service Director with maintaining production records and completing documentation
- Assist in cross-training employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
