Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to complete assigned documentation and records
- Willingness to engage in cross training and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of previous cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow established recipes and procedures
- Experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use
- Perform scheduled routine cleaning
- Store, label, and date food items according to policy
- Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of the food supply
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records
- Assist in cross training of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
