Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Line cook experience required
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday, 4 pm to 12 am
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience
  • Ability to oversee food service associates
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Experience with kitchen equipment operation and cleaning
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Food preparation skills according to recipes

Job Duties

  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment after use
  • Perform scheduled routine cleaning tasks
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy
  • Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated products
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality
