Job Requirements

  • Three years of previous cooking experience in a corporate dining environment
  • Ability to comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Availability to work full-time schedule with days varying between 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Ability to perform physical duties related to cooking and kitchen maintenance
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace standards
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of previous cooking experience in a corporate dining environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to prepare a variety of entrees and menu items
  • Strong organizational and cleaning skills
  • Experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use
  • Perform scheduled routine cleaning
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy
  • Maintain organized storage of dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen products
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations
  • Assist Food Service Director in maintaining production records and completing documentation
  • Assist in cross-training employees
