Job Description

The current opening at Eurest is for a full-time Cook position based in Costa Mesa, CA at the Anduril location. This role is crucial in ensuring that food preparation meets both nutritional and flavor standards in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations. The Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of entree and menu items, maintaining cleanliness, managing food storage, and assisting with the oversight of cooking activities and kitchen staff as necessary. This opportunity demands a strong sense of culinary skill coupled with leadership ability, as well as adherence to health and safety standards such as HACCP.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $24.00 to $26.00 per hour and requires candidates to possess a valid California Food Handlers card along with a minimum of two years of cooking experience.
