Job Requirements

  • Must have station lead experience
  • Ability to prepare food to required standards
  • Knowledge of pizza and Asian cuisine is a plus
  • Ability to create menus or dishes preferred
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Must adhere to HACCP and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience with station lead responsibilities
  • Knowledge of pizza and Asian cuisine preferred
  • Ability to create menus and dishes a plus
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead others
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Capacity to work part-time according to scheduled hours

Job Duties

  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use
  • Perform scheduled routine cleaning tasks
  • Store, label, and date food items according to company policy
  • Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in cross training employees
  • Maintain accurate daily production records and complete necessary documentation
