Job Requirements

  • Previous food service or cook experience
  • Ability to work full time Monday to Friday
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good organizational and cleaning skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service or cook experience
  • Ability to follow established recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards
  • Experience in operating and cleaning kitchen equipment
  • Capability to maintain accurate production records
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • Oversees cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
  • Operates and cleans kitchen equipment
  • Performs scheduled routine cleaning tasks
  • Stores, labels, and dates food items according to policy
  • Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
  • Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
  • Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Assists with maintaining daily production records and documentation
  • Supports cross-training of employees
