Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques
- Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Reduce food waste
- Ensure food safety and maintain a clean work environment
