Job Requirements

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

- Four or more years of related work experience preferred

- Knowledge of advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Ability to train and oversee kitchen staff

- Ability to work scheduled afternoon and evening shifts on varying days

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions accurately
- Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee and train production staff while assigning tasks
- Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with reliability
- Adapt to business necessities and client requirements by performing additional duties as assigned
- Ensure high-quality food service with a focus on customer satisfaction
