Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work weekday morning shifts
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong teamwork skills
  • ability to maintain food safety standards
  • adaptability to client instructions and varying duties
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
  • strong culinary skills in both classical and contemporary cooking methods

Job Duties

  • Prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
  • follow complex recipes and product directions
  • produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking plating and garnishing techniques
  • oversee production staff train and assign tasks
  • attend work punctually and with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements
